Bhim Rawal withdraws his resignation

Dhangadhi: CPN-UML leader Bhim Rawal has withdrawn his resignation from the House of Representatives and apologized to the speaker.

On Friday, Rawal met Speaker Agni Prasad Sapkota at the Parliament Secretariat in Singha Durbar and withdrew his resignation.

Rawal said that he withdrew his resignation at the request of voters, the general public and party members in his constituency.

He apologised to the speaker as his resignation had to be withdrawn. Earlier, Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba had announced that Rawal would resign from the House of Representatives on the day of the vote of confidence.
