The Government fails it's own scheme

Provincial and Local government have failed to train labourers for tarring the roads even after spending crores on it. There are many ongoing projects related to road construction in the province. But, the government has failed its own schemes by not being able to ready the manpower required for it. “The dependency on Indian laborers are increasing due to this very reason”, stated the Dhangadhi Sub-Metropolitan Municipality’s Dhirdharaj Bhatta.
