Hundred days since the Nirmala Pant rape and murder case took place

It’s been hundred days since the thirteen year old Nirmala Pant rape and murder case took place, yet no justice has been received by the friends and family. The authorities have failed to figure out who the perpetrator is. Seven different groups have been formed  by the government in order to search the murderer.
