One arrested with 10 kg of Cannabis, hashish in Baitadi

Dhangadhi: One person has been arrested with 10 kg of Cannabis, hashish in Baitadi.

A team of Far Western Regional Investigation Team (RIT) arrested a man from Purchaudi Municipality area of ​​the district last night along with 10 kg of Hashish.

The arrested is Man Bahadur Dhanuk, 30, of Bungal Municipality-9, Bajhang. According to the Regional Investigation Team, Dhanuk was arrested from Modalidhar of Purchaudi Municipality-6 on the basis of special information.

Dhanuk has been handed over to the District Police Office for further investigation. Chief of the District Police Office, Deputy Superintendent of Police Narayan Prasad Adhikari told Dineshkhabar that other details about the case need to be kept confidential while the investigation is ongoing.
