Two taken in custody for stealing gold in Dhangadhi

Police have arrested two people for allegedly stealing 120 grams of gold in Dhangadhi.

The gold was stolen from a local’s house in Dhangadhi Sub-Metropolitan City Ward No. 5, police said. Assistant Spokesperson at the District Police Office, Inspector Hikmat Thapa said, “Hark Giri, 25, of Fulbari in Dhangadhi Sub-Metropolitan Ward No. 18 has been arrested as a suspect along with the person who was riding the motorcycle that Hark Giri was sitting on before getting arrested.

Inspector Thapa also stated that his name cannot not be disclosed as of now as the investigation is ongoing.
