Preparations underway to relax prohibitory order issued in Kailali

Dhangadhi: Preparations are underway to relax the prohibitory order issued in Kailali from 20 August. The local administration is preparing to relax the prohibitory order from 4 September. Chief District Officer of Kailali, Yagya Raj Bohara, said that discussions are underway with the Chamber of Commerce and Industry, local level and others about the new modality.

However, Chief District Officer Bohara said that no decision has been taken regarding the lifting of the injunction. We might lift it or maintain it or adopt any other modality, he said.

According to the sources, preparations have been made to allow trade and business to operate in the district after 4 September.  Discussions are also underway on how to streamline the service flow in crowded government offices.
