Four youths arrested for raping a 17 year old

Four youths have been arrested in Kailali for allegedly gang-raping a 17-year-old girl. The victim was returning to Dhangadhi from her relative’s house in Chanaura of Gauriganga municipality ward no. 1 when the incident took place. DSP Daksha Kumar Basnet said, "20-year-old Naresh Nepali, 21-year-old Arjun Sawad, 20-year-old Nirmal Chaudhary and 24-year-old Naresh Bhatt are arrested for further investigation. Preliminary investigation revealed that the girl was accompanied by three other people when the accused showed a sharp weapon to them and beat all of them and took the girl 100 meters away from the highway and raped her."
