India encroaches and builds a bridge without consent

India has built a wooden bridge on the international boundary of Nepal.  Seizing the opportunity of the inhabitants of Darchula moving to the plains to beat the cold.  India has made a wooden bridge without seeking consent from the Government of Nepal. The bridge is  built across Mahakali river near Byans VDC 1 of Darchula.
