Sudurpaschim Allocates Rs 10 Million for Permanent Capital Development

Dhangadhi: The Sudurpaschim Provincial Government has allocated Rs 10 million for the master plan and infrastructure construction of the province’s permanent capital.

Provincial Minister for Economic Affairs Chakra Bahadur Malla announced the allocation while presenting the budget for the current fiscal year during a Provincial Assembly meeting.

Although eight years have passed since Godawari in Kailali was declared the province’s permanent capital, construction work has yet to move forward. The land required for the capital’s construction has also not been acquired.
