Dhangadhi Sub-Metropolitan City Postpones 12th Foundation Day Amid Bhotekoshi Flood Tragedy

Dhangadhi: Dhangadhi Sub-Metropolitan City has postponed its 12th Foundation Day program.

The Sub-Metropolitan City said the Foundation Day was postponed as the country is mourning and facing distress following the devastating floods in the Bhotekoshi.

Dhangadhi Sub-Metropolitan City celebrates its Foundation Day every year on Asoj 1. The 11th Foundation Day last year was postponed due to the Genji Movement. This year, the Foundation Day has been postponed due to the extensive loss of lives and property caused by the unimaginable floods in the Bhotekoshi, the Sub-Metropolitan City said.
