CM Bhatta Inspects Seti Hospital Again, Directs Staff to Streamline Service Delivery

Dhangadhi: Sudurpaschim Province Chief Minister Khagraj Bhatta has inspected Seti Provincial Hospital and directed employees to make service delivery more effective, accessible and streamlined.

During his inspection of the hospital on Tuesday, Chief Minister Bhatta, who visited the hospital for the second time as per his commitment, said no citizen coming to the hospital should be deprived of services.

He directed the hospital to make maximum use of its available resources and human resources to improve service delivery. He said the provincial government would take necessary initiatives to add services and facilities that are needed.

Chief Minister Bhatta also emphasized the need to improve the behavior of employees toward patients and service recipients. He said the situation in which citizens seeking services have to face unnecessary delays and difficulties must end.

He said the provincial government would pay attention to physical and structural improvements along with service delivery at the hospital. He directed the concerned authorities to prioritize necessary improvements to make the hospital’s overall management and service delivery more effective.
