National Electricity Reaches 56 Homes in Simchaur, Bringing Joy to Locals
Doti: National electricity service has been restored in various settlements of Simchaur, Bogtan Foodsil Rural Municipality-1, after the national transmission line from Chhidikhan to Gharahalna, Khalti and Pansa reached the area.
The electricity line was charged from the Tikhatar Substation under the Doti Distribution Center, Dipayal, through the Bogtan feeder. Local residents who had been waiting for electricity for a long time have expressed happiness after the service came into operation. In the first phase, electricity has reached around 56 households in Ward No. 1, according to Ward Chairman Khem Gharti Magar.
The operation of the electricity line is expected to make daily life easier for locals and have a positive impact on communication, education, business and other economic activities. Expanding access to national electricity in rural areas is considered an important basis for local development and prosperity.
Meanwhile, Doti Distribution Center, Dipayal, has urged everyone to remain cautious as the power line has already been charged. Locals have been requested not to touch electricity poles and stakes and to immediately inform the concerned authorities in case of fire, sparks or any other problem with the poles.
