Chinese ambassador calls on Prime Minister Balendra Shah, discusses bilateral cooperation
Kathmandu: Chinese Ambassador to Nepal Chang Maoming paid a courtesy call on Prime Minister Balendra Shah today.
According to Deepa Dahal, the Prime Minister’s Press and Research Expert, the meeting focused on further strengthening Nepal-China relations, promoting cooperation across various sectors and enhancing development partnership.
During the meeting held at the Office of the Prime Minister and Council of Ministers in Singha Durbar, Prime Minister Shah stressed the importance of deepening the longstanding ties with China and advancing collaboration in areas of shared interest.
Ambassador Maoming extended his best wishes to Prime Minister Shah and reaffirmed his commitment to strengthening mutual relations and cooperation between the two countries.
Earlier the same day, Indian Ambassador to Nepal Naveen Srivastava also met with Prime Minister Shah.
