Gold and silver prices dip slightly in local market

Kathmandu: The price of gold and silver in the local market has declined slightly today compared to Thursday. The price of gold has decreased by Rs 2,800 per tola, while silver has dropped by Rs 20 per tola.

According to the Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers' Federation, the price of gold in the local market has been fixed at Rs 314,200 per tola, while the price of one tola of silver has been set at Rs 5,495.

On Thursday, one tola of gold was traded at Rs 317,000 and the same amount of silver at Rs 5,515. Last Wednesday, one tola of gold was bought and sold at Rs 319,000, while the price of one tola of silver was fixed at Rs 5,720.

Last Tuesday, the price of gold in the local market was fixed at Rs 317,000 per tola, while the price of one tola of silver was set at Rs 5,720. On Monday, one tola of gold was traded at Rs 313,200 and the same amount of silver at Rs 5,410.

According to international media, one ounce of gold is trading at 5,118 US dollars in the international market today, while the same amount of silver is trading at 85 US dollars.
