Sher Bahadur Deuba travels to Singapore for health check-up, Expected to return before elections

Kathmandu: Sher Bahadur Deuba departed for Singapore on Wednesday night for a health check-up. According to his secretariat, he is scheduled to return home within four days.

The secretariat confirmed that Deuba will return to Nepal before the House of Representatives elections scheduled for Falgun 21. His plans to travel to Dadeldhura to cast his vote have not yet been finalized.

Deuba is not contesting in this election. He had previously won consecutive general elections from Dadeldhura from 2048 to 2079 BS.

While Deuba is in Singapore alone, his wife Arju Rana Deuba is currently in New Delhi.
