Balen Shah heads to remote hill districts of the far west for election campaign
Dhangadhi: Senior leader of the Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSWP), Balendra Shah (Balen), is currently in Sudurpaschim Province as part of his election campaign.
After participating in programs organized in Kailali and Kanchanpur on Tuesday, Shah is scheduled to travel to remote hilly districts on Wednesday. He will take part in party programs in Dadeldhura, Baitadi, Darchula and Bajhang.
According to the schedule made public, Shah’s programs will begin at 9:30 am in Tufandanda, Dadeldhura, at the Ghantighar-based District Party Liaison Office. At 12:30 pm, he will attend a program at the Party Liaison Office in Patan, Baitadi. His next program is scheduled for 4:00 pm at the Party Liaison Office in Gokule, Darchula. The day’s activities will conclude with a program in Bungal, Bajhang, at 8:00 pm.
Shah is a candidate from Jhapa Constituency No. 5 in the upcoming House of Representatives elections scheduled for Falgun 21. He will be contesting the election against CPN-UML Chairman and former Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli.
