Eight matches concluded on opening day of 'First Satyawati Students’ Football Cup' in Attariya

Attariya: Eight matches were completed on the opening day of the First Satyawati Students’ Football Cup held in Attariya, Kailali, on Monday. The tournament is being organized by Satyawati Academy and features teams from various schools.

In the opening match, Samaiji Secondary School registered a 2–0 victory over host Satyawati Academy. Samaiji player Anis Nepali was named Player of the Match.

In the second match, Lotus I Secondary School defeated Vidya Bhushan Public School 5–0, with Prince Nagri of Lotus being declared Player of the Match.

In the third match of the day, Durga Jyoti School secured a win, while in the fourth match Aristo Secondary School defeated Saksham Pathshala 3–0. Aristo’s Umer Kunwar was named Player of the Match in that game.

The fifth match saw Sunlight School defeat Gyanjyoti Academy in a trybreaker, with Amit Luhar earning the Player of the Match award.

In the sixth match, Pushpanjali Academy defeated Gyandeep School 3–1, and Himansh Bhatt was declared Player of the Match.

In the seventh match, Durga Bhavani Secondary School defeated Kids Zone Academy 3–0, with Santosh Bista receiving the Player of the Match honor.

In the final match of the first day, Sadhana Path Academy defeated Janakalyan Academy 2–0. Lilam Saund was named Player of the Match in that encounter.

According to the organizers, matches in the tournament will continue on Tuesday.
