Dhangadhi sub-metropolitan city declared fully vaccinated and sustainable

Dhangadhi: Dhangadhi Sub-Metropolitan City has officially been declared a fully vaccinated and sustainable municipality.

The declaration was made during a program held on Sunday, following the completion of a comprehensive household survey conducted between Falgun 2081 and Baisakh 2082, according to Health Branch Chief Yogesh Awasthi.

The survey recorded a total of 8,210 children aged 16 to 59 months within the sub-metropolitan city. Of these, five unvaccinated children and 59 who had missed vaccinations were successfully administered all required vaccines up to the age of 15 months, ensuring full coverage.

After confirming that every child had received the necessary immunizations, all wards within the sub-metropolitan city were issued certificates affirming full vaccination and sustainability.
