Two-year-old injured in tractor accident in Godavari

Dhangadhi: A young child was injured in a tractor accident in Kailali.

Police report that a tractor, numbered 2 No. 1524, traveling east to west, struck a child at Chutki Bazar in Godavari Municipality-3. The injured child, identified as two-year-old Rithis Rana of Krishnapur Municipality, Kanchanpur, is currently receiving treatment at Padma Hospital.

The tractor driver, Nares Saund of Godavari-12, has been taken into custody by police.
