One-Day Animal Health Camp Benefits Over 2,800 Animals in Bajura Municipality
Bajura: A successful animal health camp was recently conducted in Bajura, providing essential veterinary services to a large number of animals.
The one-day camp was a collaborative effort between the Veterinary Hospital and Animal Services Expert Center Bajura and the PUSH Development Branch of Rural Municipality-1, held in Kanda of Khaptad Chededah Rural Municipality-1 within the district. A total of more than 2,800 animals and quadrupeds received crucial medical attention during the camp.
The breakdown of treated animals includes 1,686 goats, 483 cows, 29 chickens, 364 sheep, 236 buffaloes, 2 dogs, and 5 horses. Siddharaj Jaishi, the head of the Animal Services Expert Center in Bajura, highlighted that the free animal health treatment camp was organized with the aim of supporting the business promotion and overall development of animal husbandry in the local farming community. The successful execution of the camp underscores the commitment to the welfare and health of the region's diverse animal population.
