Drug Arrest in Kailali as Authorities Apprehend 20-Year-Old Suspect

Dhangadhi: In a significant development, local law enforcement in Kailali has successfully apprehended a 20-year-old individual, Samir Choudhary, on charges related to drug possession. The arrest took place in Janki Rural Municipality-8 of the district, where Chaudhary, a resident of Lamki Chuha Municipality-1, was taken into custody on Wednesday evening.

The arrest was executed by a dedicated team from the Tikapur Local Police Office, following the discovery of 130 milligrams of brown heroin in Chaudhary's possession. The authorities are actively investigating the circumstances surrounding the case, and the suspect is expected to face legal proceedings in connection with the alleged drug-related activities.
