Dhangadhi: Dhangadhi Sports Club secured a coveted spot in the semi-finals of the eighth edition of the Little Flower Premier League (LPL) as left-arm spinner Bhuvan Karki showcased a remarkable bowling display, claiming 8 crucial wickets.
In a thrilling encounter at Fapla Cricket Ground, Dhangadhi Sports Club emerged victorious against Khaptad Indoor Sports Training Center by a margin of 67 runs, solidifying their place as the fourth team to advance to the semi-finals. The earlier qualifiers include Youth of Tikapur from Group 'B,' Ghodaghodi Cricket Academy from Group 'C,' and Satyavati Academy from Group 'D.'
Facing a target of 164 runs set by Dhangadhi Sports Club, Khaptad Indoor faltered, losing all wickets at 96 runs in 19.3 overs.
