Teachers of Godawari publish a letter with five demands addressing the mayor
Dhangadhi: Nepal National Teachers Organization Godawari has written a letter to the mayor of the municipality with 5 spefic demands. The National Teachers' Organization Godawari has also warned of protest if the demand is not met. They gave this warning while writing an open letter to the Mayor of Godawari Municipality on Wednesday. In the open letter, they have accused the mayor of ignoring their demands by the municipality.
It is mentioned in the open letter that the teached are intending to have a detailed discussion with the mayor, but the mayor has been unable to give them an appointment to meet him. In the open letter, it is said, "We wanted to discuss with you in detail about the overall educational problems within the Godawari municipality, we wanted our delegation to have a cordial and friendly discussion in your office, taking care of your dignity, but you did not provide us with the opportunity to meet."

The city council has made 5 different demands in the open letter. It is mentioned in the open letter that that they have not received their salary since the past three months. Similarly, the teacher are demanding a settlemet of their salary.
