Bista to pay ten lakh as compensation in Nirmala Pant rape and murder case

District Court Kanchanpur in its verdict has directed ex-District Superintendent of Police, Kanchanpur,  Mr. Dilli Raj Bista to pay Rs. 10.5 lakhs as compensation to Nirmala Pant’s family on the charges of destroying evidence and torturing the victim’s family.
