Sub-metropolis clearing up drains in Dhangadhi

Dhangadhi: In Dhangadhi, road drains are being cleared in areas flooded due to rainwater. Excavators of the sub-metropolitan city and the city police are clearing the drains after the rainwater drainage stopped in various wards within the Dhangadhi sub-metropolitan city.

Milan Chowk of Ward No. 3 has been cleaned since Friday morning after cleaning the drain of the road behind Nirsag Hospital of Ward No. 5 of Dhangadhi Sub-Metropolitan City, Road drain in Chandeswari temple area, Buland Marg and Galaxy Marg road drains of Ward No. 5 have been cleaned. It is said that the drain of the road behind the Gauri Shankar Temple of Ward No. 5 will be cleaned shortly.

The road and market area of Dhangadhi has been falling into chaos year after year. Dhangadhi has been inundated due to the structures that have been built when the drainage is blocked.
