Dhangadhi Sub-Metropolitan City Opens Applications for ‘Tikaram Parki Scholarship’

Dhangadhi: Dhangadhi Sub-metropolitan City has invited applications for scholarships under the ‘Dalit Activist Tikaram Parki Scholarship Program’.

The Sub-metropolitan City has opened applications to provide scholarships to Dalit students in accordance with programs included in its annual policy, program and budget for fiscal year 2083/084.

According to the Sub-metropolitan City, Dalit students studying science, education, law and agriculture from grades 11 and 12 through the bachelor’s level are eligible to apply for the scholarship.

The Sub-metropolitan City said the scholarship program has been introduced to expand access to higher education for students from the Dalit community and help them continue their education by reducing difficulties caused by financial constraints.

The Sub-metropolitan City has urged eligible students to apply within the specified deadline along with the required documents.
