Electricity restored after two weeks in Shuklaphanta of Kanchanpur

Dhangadhi: After two weeks of disruption in Shuklaphanta Nagarpalika-8 Manikadham of Kanchanpur, electricity service has resumed. After the incessant rain on 16th september (31st Bhadra) last year, the flood in Dharapani river washed away the electricity poles along with the transformers.

Due to this reason, the electricity service which was interrupted has been resumed from Thursday. It is said that electricity service has resumed with the cooperation of Mahendranagar office of Nepal Electricity Authority and the cooperation of the ward office.
