Dr. Joshi as Vice Chancellor of Sudurpaschim Pragya Pratishthan

Dhangadhi: Dr. T.N Joshi has been appointed at Sudurpaschim Pragya Pratishthan. The Sudurpaschim state government appointed Joshi as the vice-chancellor on Thursday. Literary and culture scholar Joshi Kailali is the president of the public library.
