A man seriously injured in a bear attack in Bajura

Dhangadhi: A man was seriously injured in a bear attack in Bajura. 59-year-old Puran Serala of Budhiganga Municipality-9 of the district was seriously injured by the bear attack.

He was reportedly attacked by a bear while grazing a bull in the Meldada forest near the village on Tuesday afternoon. Local Krishna Serala said that he was taken to Byalpata Hospital in Achham for treatment. He is said to have suffered injuries to his head, chest and legs.
