62-year-old man arrested for raping 2 girls in Kailali

Dhangadhi: A man has been arrested for raping 2 girls in Kailali. 62-year-old Ganesh Singh Thakuri of Lamkichuha Municipality Ward No. 8 Bachela of the district was arrested on the charge of rape.

According to the police, on 16th of August (31st of Shrawan), a complaint was lodged that he had raped a 7-year-old girl and another 9-year-old girl. On the 31st of August (5th of Bhadra) yesterday, both minors and their parents filed a complaint at Lamki police office.

After the complaint, the police arrested the accused Ganesh and said that they are conducting further investigation.
