A revenue collection of 9 Arab by Kailali Customs

Dhangadhi: Kailali Customs Office has collected Rs. 9 Arab 58 crores 26 lakh 50 thousand revenue in the financial year 2078/79. According to the customs office, 9 Arab 58 crores 26 lakh 50 thousand revenue has been collected out of a target of 11 Arab 82 crores 39 lakh 17 thousand. Collectively, this is nearly 81 percent of the revenue target.

According to the office, Rs 3 Arab 56 crores 55 lakh 78 thousand rupees have been collected from customs duty, Rs. 3 Arab 86 crores 40 lakh eight thousand rupees from value-added tax, Rs 23 crores 99 lakh 36 thousand rupees from internal duties and Rs. 1 billion 91 lakh 31 lakh 28 thousand rupees from other titles. During that period, the office will collect Rs. 3.1 billion 15 lakh 77 thousand rupees for value-added tax, Rs. 5 Arab 22 crores 40 lakh 63 thousand for customs duty, Rs. 28 crores 76 lakh 631 for excise duty, and Rs. 3 billion 21 crores 6 lakh 46 thousand for other titles. 

It is said that the lowest 69.52 percent of the target taken was in January and the highest was 89.8 percent in July.
