A helicopter lands in Bajhang without any prior information
Bajhang: A helicopter has landed at Seti bank in Thalara rural municipality-9 of Bajhang on Thursday afternoon. The locals have been very curious about the helicopter that arrived without any coordination with the local people's representatives, police, and administration.
Half an hour after landing on the banks of the Seti River, the Kailash Helicopter Service's helicopter numbered 9N AJJ returned. Ward president Mohan Raj Joshi had said that the people of Indian origin had returned after observing the Seti River.
When asked by the locals, the Indians said that they came to see the river flowing and cutting. He had no information other than that. The ward chairman then informed the police but the helicopter returned before the police arrived.
According to the district administration of Bajhang, Nepalese citizens had come in the helicopter for on-site observation for the West Seti project. Assistant Chief District Officer Ram Raj Gautam said that they came from Surkhet. "We had been informed by the Surkhet Tower that Nepalese citizens had come in the helicopter," he said.
