Demonstration against MCC in Dhangadhi

Dhangadhi: Activists of the Maoist Center have staged a demonstration in Dhangadhi against the US aid project MCC. The demonstration was organized in front of the District Administration Office including the main market of Dhangadhi is a joint project of Akhil Krantikari and YCL.

Today, the six-party front has also closed in Nepal. The MCC is about to be passed by the parliament and the agreement has been closed saying that the country could be in crisis. Markets, educational institutions, and vehicles have not been able to operate due to the bandh.
