Principal arrested for repeatedly raping a 17-year-old girl

Dhangadhi: The principal of a technical college in Nepalgunj has been arrested for raping a 17-year-old girl. Hikmat Rawal, 41, principal of Nepalgunj Technical College, was arrested after a 17-year-old girl complained about him, police said.

"The police arrested Rawal three days ago based on a complaint lodged by the victim that the principal had repeatedly threatened her and raped her," said an source. He is also the chairman of the college. He had been teaching English in a technical college. It is learned that the girl had lodged a complaint alleging that Rawal had repeatedly raped her.
