Inhabitant of Godavari against turning the forest into the capital

The provincial capital of Sudurpaschim was moved from Dhangadhi to Godavari after two- third of the majority supported Godavari. However a petition has been filed by nine individuals to replace it. One out of the nine persons is an inhabitant of Godavari and he’s against turning the forest into the capital.
