More than 600,000 vaccinated against Coronavirus in Far-West
Dhangadhi: More than 600,000 people in the Far-West have been vaccinated against the Coronavirus.
According to the data provided by the Ministry of Social Development of the state, the number of people getting their first dose of Coronavirus vaccine has reached 61,518. "The number of people fully vaccinated in the state is 41,033," said Narendra Singh Karki, a spokesman for the Ministry of Social Development.
According to him, one lakh 55 thousand five hundred and ten people have been fully vaccinated in Kailali. The number of those taking the first dose in Kailali is one lakh 95 thousand three hundred and 61. 87,058 people in Kanchanpur, 35,526 people in Baitadi, 31,389 people in Doti, 30,670 people in Achham, 22,057 people in Bajhang, 12,162 people in Dadeldhura and 7,213 people in Bajura have been fully vaccinated against Coronavirus. The ministry has stated that the vaccination campaign is still ongoing in the state.
