Ex-Social Development Minister Mr. Dirgha Sodari's Provincial Assembly seat at stake

Ex-Social Development Minister Mr. Dirgha Sodari was sacked by the Nepal Communist Party on the charges of inappropriate conduct yesterday. He held a position at Provincial Assembly too, and now the mass is inquisitive to know about what happens to it. Article 180 discusses vacation of seat of member of State Assembly. But, it doesn’t mention anything about a political party sacking a member. For this reason, the Supreme Court will make the final judgement. Election Commission is optimistic about having him sacked.
