Co-operatives biased towards share holders while selling fertilizers

The various co-operatives’ arbitrariness has started to increase as the availability of chemical fertilizers is low at the moment. The farmers are complaining, since the co-operatives play the role of the distributors, the discrimination while selling the chemical fertilizers is increasing. The share-holders are being given first preference over farmers, who are in actual need of it. A lot of farmers are facing problems due to this reason.
