The Far-Western government has allocated Rs 60 million to blacktop the road leading to Bhim Rawal's village
Dhangadhi: It is seen that the Far-Western Provincial Government has brought for the fiscal year 078/79 depending on the access. Budget has been allocated for dozens of projects in the areas of state government ministers and leaders involved in national politics.
The state government has also brought crores of rupees in the area of UML leader Bhim Rawal, who has been influencing the far-western government. The state government, which has allocated Rs 10 million for state pride schemes, has set aside Rs 60 million for the road blacktop to Rawal's village.
A total of Rs 60 million has been allocated for blacktop of Nadukana-Kalaam-Dotai-Langmata road between Peepal and Bayalpata in Sanphebgar Municipality of Achham. Rawal's house is in Kalaam. Pathan Singh Bohara, a state assembly member from Oli's party, said that it was wrong to give the budget keeping only Rawal's house in mind.
He argues that a budget to feed a leader and a cadre close to a leader is not acceptable. Minister for Economic Affairs and Planning Shah Bhim Rawal is close by. Minister Shah has allocated Rs 10 million for the construction of the temple of his deity.
The government has reduced the budget for the state's pride scheme. Last year, Rs. 100 million and Rs. 100 million was allocated for the construction of these roads and blacktop in eight districts except Kailali. This time, the budget has been reduced for all roads except the district of Economic Affairs and Planning Minister Shah.
10 million in Kailali, 31 million in Kanchanpur, 35 million in Baitadi, 35 million in Darchula, 20 million in Achham and 17.5 million in Bajhang. In Bajura, the district of Economic Affairs and Planning Minister Shah, Rs 269.4 million has been allocated.
