Migration from the hills continues

The new city project has been going on for eight years. It was started to stop the migration from hills to tarai. The project was to facilitate Sanphebagar, Achham and Patan, Baitadi. The city was to accommodate a population of one lakh. The project started in the fiscal year 2067-68. However, there are no signs of progress as people are still moving to Tarai.
