14.58 billion budget grant to the far west by the federal government -news correspondent

Dhangadhi: Under the intergovernmental financial transfer, the federal government will provide Rs 14.58 billion budget grant to the far-western government.

Out of the total budget of Rs. 103.70 billion allocated by the government for the state government, Rs. Out of the amount transferred, Rs. 10.63 billion will be spent for current purposes and Rs. 3.94 billion for capital purposes in the case of Far Western Province.

According to the statistics, State 1 will get the highest amount of Rs 16.29 billion this year while Gandaki will get the lowest amount of Rs 13.29 billion.

The government has been sending four types of grants from the union: financial equalization grant, conditional grant, special grant and supplementary grant to the lower government.
