Mahakali River blocked due to landslide

The District Administration Office, Kanchanpur, has urged to remain vigilant as the Mahakali River flowing through Far-West has been blocked.

According to the administration, the river was blocked at Malpa in Darchula due to a landslide.

The Kanchanpur administration has urged the settlements near the river to remain vigilant as the flow of the river may increase at any time due to a rise in the water level in Mahakali.
