Swab collection resumes; three samples collected in Far-West

Only three swab samples have been collected for PCR testing in Far-West on Wednesday.

Spokesperson of the Ministry of Social Development Narendra Karki informed that District Hospital Baitadi is the only hospital to collect swab samples today.

However, all the three samples tested negative. Hospital Information Officer of Seti Provincial Hospital, Dilip Kumar Shrestha said that, “the PCR machine requires 97 samples to examine each batch while, the laboratory did not have enough samples to run the PCR machine today.”
