Twenty-two people to receive decoration medals from Far West

Dhangadhi: The government has decided to give various honorary titles, decorations and medals on the occasion of the Constitution Day. Of the 544 people selected from across the country, 22 are from Far-West.

Twenty-two people including employees, security personnel, writers and social workers working in the Far-West will be honoured. Writer Dayal Bahadur Shahi of Bajura, Kishor Kumar Chaudhary, State Secretary of the Office of the Chief Minister and Council of Ministers of the Far Western Province and Dr. Gunaraj Awasthi, Director of the Directorate of Health will be honoured with the Suprabal Janasewa Shri (Tritiya).

Similarly, Deputy Mayor of Budhinanda Municipality of Bajura Shrishti Regmi, Deputy Secretary of the Ministry of Social Development Jhankar Bista, Superintendent of Police of Far Western Region Riot Control Police Office Janak Raj Pandey, Deputy Superintendent of Police of District Police Office Darchula Padma Bahadur Bista, Dr. Jagdish Joshi of Seti Regional Hospital, Dr. Rup Chandra Vishwakarma of District Hospital Bajura, Ram Bahadur Sarki, Branch Officer of District Administration Office in Bajhang, Shivraj Joshi, Administrative Officer, District Administration Office, Kailali, Lal Bahadur Dhami, Public Health Officer, District Health Office, Kailali and Bhanubhakta Joshi, Senior Immunization Officer, Health Office, Bajhang will be honoured with the Prabal Janasewa Shri (IV).

Nand Singh Sarki, a social worker from Bedkot Municipality-3, Kanchanpur, Hemvikram Thapa from Bhimdatta Municipality, Dilip Raj Bhatt, a planning expert from Dhangadhi Sub-Metropolitan Municipality, Ward No. 5, Keshav Dutta Bhatt, a deputy from District Administration Office, Kanchanpur, and Suvva Jangvir Sun, a deputy from District Post Office, Bajura. Tej Bahadur Khadka of District Administration Office, social worker Prakash Bahadur Shah of Bhageshwor-4 Dadeldhura, Nepal Pratap Subhushan, then Chief of District Police Office Dadeldhura and Deputy Superintendent of Police Dadhiram Neupane and Kaliraksha Gana (E) Badhaipur Barracks from Atipaurakh Bhaskar will also be honoured.

On the occasion of the Constitution Day, the government has been honouring those who have made significant contributions from various fields to enhance the pride, progress and record of the nation.
