A body found in Seti river

Dhangadhi: The body of one amongst the two health workers working at Dadeldhura Hospital who went missing on Saturday afternoon while bathing in the Seti River has been found.

The body of Harish Joshi, a lab assistant of Parashuram Municipality of Dadeldhura, has been found in Naridang of KI Singh village of Doti, police said. Joshi's body was found far away from the spot of his disappearance, said Indra Bahadur Malla, Deputy Superintendent of Police, District Police Office, Doti.

"The body has been found. The police team is still there in search of the other missing person", he said.

On Saturday, three of the four people who had gone to bathe on the banks of Seti in Shikhar Municipality-10 drowned. Four people working at Dadeldhura Hospital had gone to visit the Shailaswari temple in the morning.

Thereafter they went for a swim to the Seti river where three of them drowned. Khagendra Kunwar was rescued by the locals while Harish Joshi and Health Assistant (HA) Vinay Singh, from Bajhang, went missing. A team of seven armed police force divers are searching for the missing health worker.
