Tipper truck full of passengers falls into the Karnali River

A tipper truck carrying around 40 passengers has fallen into the Karnali River. The tipper was ferrying people who returned from India to quarantine in Raskot Municipality when it fell into the river from the Laliga cliff under the Karnali Corridor.

It is estimated that more than 30 people are missing and police are on the spot to begin their search.
