More than 66,000 people quarantined in Far-West

To reduce the risk of Coronavirus in Far West, about 66,000 people who returned from India have been quarantined. According to the Province Health Directorate, Doti, 65,991 people who returned from India have been accommodated in 1,813 quarantines in nine districts.

There are 55,730 men and 10,261 women kept in quarantine. 21,454 people are quarantined in Kailali, 10,400 in Doti, 8,145 in Achham and 7,240 in Kanchanpur, 5,223 in Bajura, 4,457 in Baitadi, 4,410 in Dadeldhura, 3,140 in Bajhang and 1,518 in Darchula, according to the Directorate.

A quarantine capable of accommodating 80,108 people has also been set up in the region.
