A 13-year-old girl raped by her father in Kailali

A 45-year-old man has been arrested for raping his 13-year-old daughter in Chure Rural Municipality Ward No. 5 of Kailali. Chief Inspector Madhav Bishwakarma of Area Police Office, said, “He was arrested on the basis of a complaint. He took the 13-year-old to a forest and tied her around a tree trunk while committing the heinous crime. He was arrested on Tuesday while fleeing from the forest of Sahajpur.” It has been revealed that he frequently raped his daughter and asked her to keep it confidential. The girl kept quiet about it as her father would threaten to kill her. He is now being sent to the District Police Office, Kailali for necessary action to be taken, said Inspector Bishwakarma.
