Nepal Army to manage isolation wards in Kanchanpur

Nepal Army deployed a team from Singhashardul Gulm Bhagatpur barrack to manage five local level quarantines in Kanchanpur.

As per the decision of the District Security Committee, the teams were sent two days ago to Mahakali, Belauri, Purnawas, Beldandi and Laljhadi Municipalities. Army officer Pranay Jung Malla of Gulmapati said, "We have increased the surveillance and security vigilance of quarantine at other places at the local level.

The army is managing the quarantine in coordination with the local level. We have been trained to manage corpses in a planned and secured manner. The army is ready to overcome the challenges that lie ahead of them in this transition.” -RSS
