Office of Purchaudi Municipality, Baitadi vandalized

Mayor Ran Bahadur Kunwar had a fall out with Dil Bahadur Dhanuk working at the Area Post Office.

Thereafter, two of Dhanuk's sons and a local vandalized the municipal office and assaulted the employees and people's representatives stating that Mayor Kunwar had assaulted Dil Bahadur Dhanuk during a general dispute.

Information Officer of Purchaidi Municipality Pravin Dhanuk said, "Initially various branches were vandalized and the employees of the branches were assaulted. After that, there was an attempt to attack the mayor as well."
